Since
we developed the original Langham chair
raisers in the 1960's, we at Langham
Products
have continued to talk with elderly and disabled
people and with
Occupational Therapists to
discover clients needs in home health care.
The chair
and bed raisers have continued to be
updated and improved, and a whole range of
new
products designed and tested to help independent
living.
Everyone
deserves to be as safe as possible, even
if they are not as sprightly as they
used to be. Our
design team strives to provide simple devices that
assist around
the home offering safety to the user
and continued independence.
The
Langham Products range consists of simple
every day aids that give a choice of
living with your
favourite armchair, of keeping your old bed, using
your
existing dining chair and table but adapting
them to your changing needs. A
raised toilet seat
can overcome stiff limb problems and a bath step
and grab
bars or a shower stool mean bathing can
be safer.
We
have a continuing programme of researching
new products. New products are being
developed
right now in our British factories. We would be
